Hygienic Valve is a trading division of Actuation Valve & Control Ltd, and all returns are processed in accordance with our company’s standard terms.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

You must have proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

Custom-built or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return

Please contact us before returning any products so we can issue a return reference and provide the correct return address.

2. Restocking Fee

Some returned products may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on:

The type of product

The condition of the item upon return

Whether the item was built to order or customised

The time elapsed since the original delivery

You will be informed of any applicable charges before your return is processed.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or shipped in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
