Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, depending on stock availability and order complexity. For custom or built-to-order items, lead times will be confirmed at the point of quotation or order confirmation.


2. Delivery Options

We offer a range of delivery services to suit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery (UK Mainland) – Estimated 2–3 working days

  • Next Working Day Delivery – Available on stocked items if ordered before [13:00]

  • International Shipping – Available to most global locations. Delivery times and costs vary based on location and service level.

All shipments are sent using trusted courier partners to ensure reliable tracking and delivery.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. These will be clearly stated at the time of quotation or checkout. For large or bulk orders, we may provide custom shipping rates or palletised delivery options.


4. Delivery Locations

We ship to:

  • All regions within the United Kingdom

  • Europe, including EU and non-EU countries

  • Global destinations upon request (subject to any shipping restrictions or documentation requirements)

For export shipments, we provide necessary documentation including commercial invoices and certificates where applicable.


5. Tracking & Delivery Updates

6. Delivery Issues or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with replacements, refunds, or repairs as needed.


7. Click & Collect / Local Pickup

We also offer collection from our premises by prior arrangement. If you would prefer to collect your order in person or use your own courier, please let us know during the order process.
