The Hytork XL0071M-S80-SCW-Y00 is a rugged, heavy-duty spring-return rack-and-pinion pneumatic actuator designed for 90° rotary valve applications. It belongs to the trusted Hytork XL Series and is engineered for demanding process-industry environments — offering high torque in a compact footprint, modular flexibility, and fail-safe spring-return action for critical valve automation.

Constructed around a powder-coated LM25 aluminium body, the actuator integrates safety features, modular conversions and accessory support to meet the needs of valves used in water/wastewater, chemical, power, oil & gas and industrial processes.

Designed for ISO 5211 / F05-F07 mounting patterns, this unit enables direct mounting to most quarter-turn valve assemblies with minimal adaptor work.  The spring-return version ensures valve closure (or opening, depending on fail-safe configuration) upon loss of air supply, enhancing plant safety and reliability.
